Mats should be our starter in La Liga next season and if he won't be it'd probably be best for his career if he left.

Imagine how good he'd be by now if he was getting consistent playing time.

Considering we're getting more clean sheets than ever with Bravo in goals, it's hard to imagine a scenario where we'd be considerably better off (if at all) with MATS in goals.

Also, what's best for MATS's career is not necessarily what is best for Barça. For Barça, the current arrangement is the best.

That's not the most sound argument considering that Ter Stegen doesn't start consistently for us and we have no idea how well he could do if given the whole league season.

Uhh... okay? You bolded a specific sentence but, like, I'm not seeing any relation to your post. You do know that says "Imagine how good He'd be" and not "Imagine how good We'd be", right?

Its not about stupid clean sheets, such a meaningless stat without context.

Ter Stegen offers a completely different dimension when building from the back ,his distribution is outstanding and absolutely vital against teams that pressure high.

Well, I am pointing out that one should rather be imagining how good Barça would be. Who cares how good he'd be by now, if we were still worse off with him rather than Bravo? Also, who cares about MATS' career in another club?

Imagine how good Douglas would be by now if we played him every match. (Extreme example to drive down the point).

Ter Stegen is nowhere near vital right now. At least, not in the way you are describing.

I said it's hard to imagine a scenario where we would be considerably better off. How much better could we play? We could play worse, the same, or better. But let's not say that MATS will could bring us to a whole new dimension.

The best for Barça is winning short-term, building long-term, which is why we need and want to sign a young CB.

It's therefore important to keep both GKs at the club right now.

Keep the same setup, but rotate. As pointed out, Bravo probably want to play and win the Champions League as a starter too.

I never said we'd play better. I said TS would likely be a better player than he is now if he started week in, week out.
