Arguably our best player on the night

....Why? He had a few easy saves and that was about it. I don't remember one really brilliant save. And that's not to say he was awful or anything, but he wasn't particularly good either.

Flawless distribution, as always. He is the reason we can cope with Atletico's pressing when we build up. A shame he could not save that header.

All things considered, he was better than everybody else.
He was the only player that did his job,
Made the basic saves and passed well

He should now get a couple of league games ,will be unfair to him to cut his season and games short that way

The problem will come now, obviously, may be Lucho won't play him, but if that's the case he's probably gone in the summer.

Had a human game I'd say save wise, could have done better on both goals on a great night but it's hardly on him, defensively (if only that) we failed.

On the + side , Great great great distribution under pressure.

Not gonna happen unless we wrap it up in the next three-four games(and that can only happen if Atletico and Real Madrid lose some points too).

As for this game then he didn't really have much to do. Came close to save the penalty, and his distribution was good, but other than that, not much really. The entire team didn't do much.

It does raise a question if MATS doesn't play in the league how sharp he can be for the cup final. This whole goalie situation is definitely coming to a finale soon.

And the issue people wanted to pretend would never be a possibility is suddenly reality. We're in early-mid April and Mats only has one game left to play in the current system.

Yet some will probably try to castrate him if he doesn't say the world is sunshine and rainbows the next time he's asked.

I just tried to imagine Bravo on this match, constantly sending the ball to the sidelines.

Urgh, I am even more embarrassed now.
