If the pic is taken in the right moment then its no doubt he is onside.

The linesman is in 1 line with Sevilla's defense but the head ref gave the offside.. Did the linesman mark it?

no he did not... the commentator says "no offside flag" well after he's made his run and is about to shoot

there was high foot previously by sevilla player and thats an indirect free kick - thats why referee hold his hand up FFS.

Goal awards which include penalties are simply stupid. MAYBE if the player taking the penalty was the one who won it, otherwise it's daft.
