If he isn't convicted he isn't guilty of anything. He just pays the taxes (and fine) which have not been, for a reason or another, paid yet.

Glad they payed nothing, if they had it would be like admitting they committed that crime. This way they look more confident of no wrong doing, so thats great imo.
