Let's not deny that Lucho is a good manager - because he is. However, he differs from others we've had in the past. Messi went for days without speaking to pep after he was left out, but pep gave him time and he later came back. Now however, messi has been left out due to poor management (extra few days- not being told he wouldn't play) and now messi is extremely unhappy. He has different ways of dealing with things, not training etc and on this occasion following chelsea on his insta account. But now, we have Lucho, who is bold, not afraid to have things his way, which is clashing with messi. Lucho feels superior to messi - fine he's the manager, he's allowed to be, but at the end of the day, Lucho doesn't win the game on the park - messi does, and therefore messi is being over looked, something which shouldn't happen ever at this club until his performances drop below the standard of the other players. Is munir better than messi just now? No. Is Pedro better than neymar just now? No. And that's where the tension and betrayal lies.

he is working hard, working to get this shit manager and board out the club so we can all be happy again

What the fuck are you people talking about.
It's not up to a player to make any decisions and MUST at all cost respect coach and his decisions.

He's not working hard. His ambition is gone. Nowadays he walks when he loses the ball, in the past he often ran to get it back. He would benefit from a real coach, provided he listens to him.

rubbish, Messi is still very competitive, he wants to win trophies, thats why he's discontent with Enrique

Enrique dropping Neymar and Messi when Real Madrid just lost proves how much of an average manager he is.

Apparently it was already decided. He gave Neymar and Messi extended christmas holiday, but didn't tell them that it meant they wouldn't be starting against Sociedad. I think that is where most of the tension has arisen from.

Tensions are obviously high, there is no question that the squads general mood is down in the gutter right now - with good reason. Suarez and Neymar having an argument in this climate isn't anything to worry about. This will all resolve itself once the storm settles in the club. The problem here is the board and Enrique.

He defo has the ability. He has given debuts to more Masia graduates than any coach since pep. Good tactics in the home game against psg, but, I do admit, generally, he has let himself down this season. Nonetheless, he is a good manager. What I meant was, is he good - yes. Capable of managing some top clubs - yes. Capable of managing barca just now to the standard in which we are used to? Taking into account his overall decisions, personality, attitude, No.

He's only been succesful managing Barca B and Celta, any team bigger than that and he fails... And I wouldn't give him credit for making debut a lot homegrown players, that takes absolutely no skill, I could make our whole youth teams debut without any sort of knowledge, what takes skill is taking those players and turning them into world class players and cement them in the first team...

Whats Neymar done. Him and Suarez had an argument. Why do you think it was all Neymars fault?

1) Playing youth players doesn't make you a good manager - knowing how to handle them does. Right now, he is rewarding the wrong player with playing time. Munir hasn't looked like the player he was at the start of the season in a while now, yet Lucho still insists on using him consistently on the first team. He is clearly not ready yet. Sandro should take his spot for the moment.

2) Good tactics? It's more like different tactics that either team was used to. Our players looked confused as hell out there, something Laurent Blanc commented on after the game. We won due to individual brilliance and despite of the tactics. We practically used the same tactics against RM and we all know how that went.

First things first he isn't going anywhere, you will just sack enrique and carry on winning trophies when you find the right manager. Whilst chelsea would make sense as they have the best manager in the world there and a cracking team which will challenge for every competition, do you guys believe messi dreams of playing for chelsea and ditches his love barca? Also Chelsea cannot afford him. Not his Transfer or his wages. They would have to sell 4 or 5 of their best players to generate enough cash and also they don't even pay their players £250k a week let alone £300k plus..
