He was one of the better players in the first half if not the best. But yeah, I agree.

Stronger opponents won't park the bus (in this particular match, an airplane). But I agree that he was average today.

Man of the match in both games for me, Di Maria looks good too but Higuain and Aguero are really choking hard. Both should do better against attacking teams... I just hope they are not rusty/unfit.

I said that the team was bad. It is too easy to say that a team is bad against certain tactics. It's their job to find solutions.

But they won't find solutions, they are not equipped to win well against these teams. Its their greatest weakness going forward. Every game against a team like this will be a close game for them.

What makes every1 think Argentina will be so much better against good teams? If the likes of Higuain, Messi and Aguero don't work their ass of (which they never do) they won't touch a ball against the likes of Germany and their defence won't hold up.

They are a counter attacking team so they attack better when the opposition has possession. The question is whether or not their defence can hold up... Zabaleta looked horrible today.

You know, working harder is not always the answer. Working smarter is the answer. I think he is working smarter. Guys with bad touch should work harder.

People think they know better than the actual player who plays qualifiers in these conditions. Sometimes pacing yourself is also the answer, or you're gassed by 60 minutes.

Results are what's important now, and Messi has scored two winners. The Champions are rarely in top form from the start and this team has more to give than they have shown so far.
