La liga is more important. Even if we win by 5-0 it wouldn't be worth it. We will have a higher chances of bad start in la liga, the pressure will be on us right from the start. Just throw in the towel and give some young players some minutes and absolutely nuke them in the liga.

I'd rest him too, don't get me wrong. I just think it won't happen having in mind this winter's Anoeta, missed training, etc.
