Honestly if people think we

1. Lost points because of Messi

or

2. He's finished

Then they're either naive or just plain stupid.

Thats not to say he didnt have a bad game though, because he did and didnt look close to being in full fitness.

However whats done is done. We were bound to lose points sooner or later, just good we did it against a team like Valencia with a 6 and 4 point cushion to Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid.

lol, at the overreaction, pathetic, just came back from almost 2 months on the sideline, it will take a couple of weeks and more matches to get back to full sharpness, besides he wasn't that bad but as usual who gets the blame when barça loses points?

The better chances are the ones converted, though. The team didn't play well. Messi being singled out is unfair.

Nah dont agree with that. You can set up a better chance that is missed than one that a player runs past a man and scores.

For me the team looked fare more dangerous and created better chances in first half largely through using Ney and his energy. which probably gave messi more space anyway.

When all fit it may well be Messi some games Neymar the next.

Need to go with whoever is playing better thats all.

Yes. And the good thing is that the team (and also Messi himself) see that Neymar can make the difference as much as Messi can.

Barca could have scored 6 today. Just one of those days.

6 Ballons for Messi

but what if he wins 7??
As usual, unless messi scores 3 wondergoals every game, it's all doom and gloom.
And it's always the same garbage "arguments", he doesn't run, he's lethargic etc.
You guys need to realise that you are horrible fans.

Guys he was injured for 2 months!!! He is still clearly not 100% fit! The problem is forcing game trough him and not Neymar!

Neymar skied his best chance too. And ofc the better chances are the ones converted. In the 2nd half the team slowed down not only because of Messi. It happened after the goal. Complacency and such. Good it happened now, to keep them on their toes. It could had been a goal fest, just one of those days. Looking for culprits is just stupid.

Typical. The overreaction in this forum never fails to amuse me, this happens everytime Messi has a bad game . He is not fit, and had a poor game by his standards, but he was not terrible and certainly not the worse player. I am sure that he will be back to his level with time, but until then please try to calm down .

Suarez also had pretty few chances. He was making runs a lot, but those were not picked up with passes. Also, playing for the passing of time hurt us. We tried this last year against Sevilla and it happened the same. Need to score and push for the 2nd goal to kill games off, instead of trying to keep the 1-0, passing at slow tempo when the whole team is up the pitch. That's asking for trouble. Busi missed a pass that left them 2 vs 2, with just Pique and Masche behind the ball. Can't do that and hope to keep a 1-0 fragile lead.

yep but in the meantime attacks should not be going through him.
Neymar is in better form creatively, he should be leading attacks till when messi recovers his form
