Neymar is way more creative than you think and he is certainly above Ronaldo.

Ronaldo decision making has nothing to do with creativity. He just open space and shoot as powerful as he can.

Realistically, the Eredivisie and Brasileirão are about the same strength. Good luck trying to prove either league is clearly better than the other with any reasonable metric considering they never play against each other.
