What's really scary is that he rarely has an "amazing" game. Yes, he scores goals for fun, but you don't see him tearing it up like Messi. I'm only saying this because I think he's fully capable of tearing it up and dribbling through 3 defenders and scoring a goal ala Messi. I want to see a game where all of his dribbles confuse defenders and he can be as huge of a threat as Messi.

It would be insane if he can manage to do this in the final.

That's true , he has potential to be even better than he is now but he won't be as good as Messi , that's for sure.

Anyway , I'm verry satisfied with how he is playing so far.

Anyone have a vine of Neymar getting past the Bayern defender at the end of the match. The one where he passed it to Messi instead of shooting?

Nobody will be as good as Messi from this generation so I am very pleased with his performances. He is 2nd in UCL and 3rd in La Liga in goals scored. He has 47 scorer in 47 matches that's more than stellar. He already is one of the best players in the world and he will be even better when he reaches his prime at 25,26,27,28.

As has been well apparent for several seasons now, our team has suffered immensely in big CL games against strong opponents, who safe in the knowledge that Messi was the only genuine threat, focused almost everything on him and many times succeeded in shutting him out. This has cost us numerous and painful eliminations to lesser sides. The reason why we are now on the cusp of a Treble is two-fold: Neymar & Suarez. End of story. Forget about all the little stupid things we say about managers, tactics etc. It's all secondary at best, and so much noise at worst. Factor in that in previous seasons with players such as Ibra, Villa, Pedro, Alexis, Eto'o and Henry, Xavi and Iniesta were the undisputed masters and commanders of creative midfield play, surely the supreme midfield duo in football history, yet we failed at several instances, despite all their blinding brilliance as well as their best efforts. MSN is indeed as awesome as it looks on paper and on course to be the best forward line in football history.

This also goes on to demonstrate why attacking players get more glory, more attention, higher wages, most awards and cost more money. With the decline of Xavi and Iniesta, our back 7 is not extraordinary if we are being honest. While they are still, very, very good, other top European sides can easily be said to be just about equal, or even better than our back 7. What no one else has in their arsenal, is: :messi::suarez::neymar:

Lol.

We played shades of Tiki-Taka in the last couple of Seasons and everyone knew how to neutralize Tiki-Taka after years or trial and error.
Tiki-Taka was unstoppable in the beginning, later it turned into a crap.

Rijkaard's Barca played the same as Lucho's Barca.
It was unstoppable in the beginning, 3-4 years later we were neutralized much easier (ok, some other factors also helped, but still...)

While we really have a much better attacking trio today than in the past years, there are a lot of other factors, which you call as secondary, like:
1. a new coach
2. a different, direct tactics
3. some new midfield players, like Rakitic
4. more depth in the midfield, defense and on GK's position
5. less injuries
6. better physical shape of a team due to some of the reasons mentioned above
7. players with more height and muscles than in the last few years due to Mathieu, Rakitic, Suarez, for example

If we played Tiki-Taka like from the last 2-3 years, then all Messi's-Suarez's and Neymar's of this world wouldn't help us.
Especially Messi on a false 9 in Tiki Taka in the current era.

But if you want, you can put the whole emphasis of success only on MSN trio, no problem.
