11 - Raphinha

He'd better, because there will be plenty of suitors, and the only way the price is manageable for us is if he wants Barca in particular. I like the profile of a direct, pacy player with proper discipline and mentality.

Leeds is unlikely to drop, so his buyout is 75m. If we can get him for a 40-45m. that would be good.

His agent is Deco who works for us and is close to Laporta.
Think convincing isn't the issue, finance is

Raphinha, Bowen and Saka the best three wide players outside of the usual top four in EPL.

Wouldnt really count Son as a wide player now.

You sure he'd prefer Barca if say Liverpool go after him?

Most likely, Barca is new exciting project. Much better City to live for a rich man than Liverpool (probably for anyone ) and long history for Brazilian attackers.

In Liverpool he will either find himself on the bench for Salah, or having a big shoes to fill tbh.
That is assuming money is the same

Gnabry is right footed, we have too many right footed wingers so I wouldn't go for him.

From having Dembele, Malcom, Messi, Griezmann to having too many right footed. :p I agree though. Ferran, Fati, Auba (Adama) are enough, need to get a leftie in there, especially if Dembele is leaving.

Haaland is also left footed. :coffee:

We have 1, Torres.

Ansu Fati will never be a regular player at this club, he's injury prone. Give up on him.
Adama is going back to wolves he isn't good enough.
Depay isn't getting enough time because he isn't good enough and he'll probably leave soon.

Getting Gnabry to compete alongside Torres would be great. Adds a lot of lethality and tactical options to our squad.

Gnabry is requesting for massive wage like that of Coman, so the only way we're getting him is if we're ready to pay that.

Ferran can play CF.
His off-the ball movement, his biggest skill, will be utilized there.

Auba is old, can still be top option, but not to play every game.

Having 4 top choices (Dembele, Raphnia, Ansu, Ferran) for 3 position, and 2 more rotational options (Auba, Adama) for the same positions is fine on my book

You have always 2 options for every position, 1 top and 1 rotational

That's fair. Ferran is establishing himself at AML so not sure if Xavi will want to move him though.
