Don't really understand how he can talk about the end of a cycle when you have players like Messi, Neymar and Iniesta in your team. There's no law of nature that says a team can only be good for so long... The squad has to be renewed, players have to be added to keep the hunger and motivation intact, variations have to be implemented to the style of play, but if you know what to do and how to do it, the end of a cycle it is not.
