Neymar is one of the best players of his generation and as @te amo barca said was the hardest working forward on the pitch in our team when he was here.

I don't see how Neymar being the idol of Lamine and a lot of other footballers from his generation is a bad thing. I doubt they'll be looking to replicate his antics off the pitch and jet off to celebrate their sibling's birthdays

He does the same stuff as Neymar on social media. Dancing with friends and all that.
Not that there's something wrong with it.

As for the other stuff then I don't care much for his singing and dancing. I don't know about his dad, but his mother's side of family seem relatively humble and will keep him in check.

Neymar was doomed from the beginning with both his parents being questionable to say the least and pretty much using him as their money maker.
