Hella sure we won 2-1 and secured the league with Kounde at CB, which was about 3 games ago.

He was nothing great that game and had usual few brain farts.

That was however another game v Real where FDJ was best player on park.

Fact he cant play RB agfainst the one team with a LW says it all.

Was atrocious in 4-0 defeat last week to Real.

Let's disregard & down play anything that doesn't help my point & highlight without context anything that helps to prove it.

He was very good against Madrid.

He was poor in the 4-0, who wasn't? We were missing 4 starts and he played with freaking Alonso as his CB partner.

But yea injures also doesn't count, unless it helps to prove some point at some point in time.

Kounde was a great signing & will be fine.

Clown play describes Kounde last week v Real indeed.

Was not 'very good' in that 2-1 win. He was ok as was Christensen who was levels better on ball.

YEs he was terrible in 4-0 defeat by Real and shoudl be a lot better.

Players dont get excuse of being that poor because they cant cope without FDJ etc. Kounde as an individual performance was terrible.

He isnt a great signing and money could be better spent.

Good CB and decent value and could forge a decent partnership with likes of Christensen if given time but a lot of money to be 3rd choice CB and Barca need a lot better at RB... not shite like Foyth that Xavi rates though.

I wanted Koulibally as CB,not Kounde. However to be fair to Kounde he shouldn't be playing RB in a regular basis. This always happens at Barca. Buy a player and than try and shoe horn him into a position where he's average at best. It's happened so many times before. 8f you're going to spend big money on a player FFS play him in his best position. And for the love of God get rid of the amigos.

Koulibaly has looked absolutely washed so far in England.

Kounde though is currently not good enough to displace Araujo or Christensen at CB if they're both fit. So it's either RB or the bench.

Kounde and Araujo passing is levels below Christensen and it is noticeable when he is not in back line.

Those two as a CB pairing would lack far too much on the ball compared to elite defences.

Kounde from there is an expensive 3rd CB and bang average RB who lacks on ball what the top players in that position have.

It's not enough for CL level football. he will be torn apart by the likes of Bayern, City, heck even Napoli. I do not trust a player like him in a CL KO stage match.
