I agree.. Lemos is young, could still improve to decent squad player while Vermaelen is injury prone.. And to think we payed 20m for him.. He didn't even play 20 games..

AFAIK we only paid 10M, other 9M were in bonuses which he didn't met because he was injured most of the times. I know there were reports we didn't have to pay 2M for CL title because he didn't play any CL game that season. Maybe we paid additional 1M or 2M for him playing some games in La Liga this season so I think the maximum we paid for him is around 13-14M but probably lower. Yes, still too much but better than 19M.

IF we can get 8-10M just sell him. I'll drive him myself from Barcelona to Rome/Milan/wherever he'll go.
