Lots of screen shot worthy comments here.

Kinda reverse de jong comments.
I guess the problem is that its not really a new thing with him, I don't think he is in bad form, he's just been stagnant for a while and I think it is valid to say he has focused too much on becoming a hardman than focusing on football.

He's still really young and needs more development, he was thrown into a starting spot too soon and it meant he lost time to develop without the pressure of constant minutes.

Did you think a year long injury would make him better or what? He was always like this, that's his level. I get fans love his attitude and the fact he's the face of La Masia but he never showed quality for being a starter at a top club. Maybe he can develop slowly but he's not a starter when everybody is fit.

That is the reason I was annoyed when people kept praising his tough guy acts because at the end of the day it doesn't add anything to him as a player.

I don't think he lacks talent but I think mentally/tactically he hasn't developed. His technique if you see training videos is excellent but he doesn't know how to apply it in game situations. He was encouraged since he came into the lineup to perform his hardman act and it doesn't seem like any manager has pushed him to improve his football.

If anyone has seen some of his performances against the best teams Barca has played since he's been promoted and thinks to themselves, this kid doesn't have it, I don't know what to tell yah.

He was poor today because he's no DM, obviously, but he's been slowing regaining form.

One thing I would say is. If olmo is out, flick needs to just start with the 433, with casado, gavi and pedri, it Benefits them all.

His 4231 becomes a 433 in the game, but just start with a traditional 433 and stick to it.

This is an effect of smelling Puig's asshole 24 hours a day, Iniesta Ultra forgot how to spell 😂

Puig will be playing in the MLS Cup final tonight, in a tournament that not even World Cup winners like Messi and Busquets can make the final while Gavi just led the team to a home defeat against a team of banana farmers who are closer to Africa than Spain.

4231 brings the best of both Casado and Pedri, 433 will likely make them worse.

It isn't worth it tbh, 433 should have been dead the moment Busquets was out of the club. This is Pedri's midfield now.

Low key Barca should have brought up Pau Prim or another La Masia DM because it's been proven they produce day 1 more often than not.

Once Bernal is back Gavi might be in trouble.

At the moment, he seems to be another Masia hype production.
People like him because he's a young pretty boy who plays with passhuuun (insert cockney accent) and is from the academy. However he is yet to justify the hype.
Cassado and Bernal are ahead of this guy, for sure.

If 11 Gavis played tonight we would win easily.
Unfortunately there are Koundes and Lewandowskis out there who don't care.
