Sure LFC is open to negociate. That doesn't mean there is 100% chance they will accept a 100+20 bid in the end like you are claiming.
The 100m+20m is just pure estimation and speculation from my part, I think it is as high as we'll go, But it remains just a guess.
What matters is that they're willing to negotiate, Which means there is a price, Weather the two clubs will agree on a middle ground, Remains to be seen, But i'm optimistic, And the pressure the board is facing, Ensures that they'll do everything possible to sign him, Their ass is on the line.

Don't agree that we should call it a summer just yet, but definitely with you on that last point...

If they cannot get even Dembele without going crazy, then I don't think they'll be able to get any top signing, or even a decent one. It's getting late now with the season starting for most teams very soon.

Accepting even a crazy offer right now would mean them sacrificing their season as they won't be able to use the money received to sign a replacement. Basically ending in our situation with even less time.

There is no negotiation 130m or no deal and all in o e lump sum

Coutinho isn't even worth £91m, so I would rather we move on. The board have all summer to get targets in and they've fucked around far too much.

Lets wait for a bit...Not saying you will sell, but it only takes Coutinho not going into training and putting in transfer request for you to consider 100m in cash. Im pretty sure of that...

He won't do that. He seem to be a very respectable guy compared to the Neymars of the World.

I respect that even though him forcing his way out would make it easier for us.

He may be respectable, but he might also feel they are keeping him and rejecting good deals even though he cant win anything this year while playing there.

Usually a good guy doesn't turn shit just because.

He isn't Bale. We had some sources who related he said upfront that he won't force a transfer.

I'm on the pay the £130m train, and be done with it.

No. Liverpool hold all the cards; him handing in a transfer request doesn't decrease the price...... certainly not at this stage of the window. And I doubt Coutinho will make a fuss anyway.

Even Neymar went to training although he acted as a right cunt while he was there.

This is actually on Robert. He's in charge of all transfers this summer and he's flopping hard.

I think what he's been doing all summer is negotiating with all the players' agents without giving in thought that it's their actual clubs who need to accept to sell them.
Even before the Neymar saga Robert and the rest of the sporting department having dragging it out this summer.

Chasing the likes of Verratti and Bellerin who both were impossible to get due to one being PSG and the other being Arsenal and the dude just signed a new contract back in November until 2023. Felt like the only reason we chased Bellerin because he's Catalan and a former La Masia boy and not looking if he's the right RB we should be chasing.

We got luck we got off our ass and secured Semedo but here we are still needing a Midfielder and a Neymar replacement. Disgraceful how utterly poor the planning has been this summer, what have these guys been doing? this isn't fucking Lucho we have a new damn manager in Valverde.

He said that? I dont remember him saying anything.

He can send message pretty clear to a club. They have done asbolute shit job at transfer market and have very little hope of challanging anything bar Cup. If he feels they are forcing him to stay and thinks he does deserve better maybe he might show more then just "sore back"

To be honest with you, I also doesn't want somebody that can turn shit when he decides he wants to go.

You want him to turn to that, but probably will be amongs the folks insulting him if he does a "neymar" in two years.

Or I'm wrong, and you know what it means to recruit a person likes the one you expect him to be.

Its not about decreasing the price, its about keeping player who wants to leave for much bigger opportunity.

You dont want player who grows resentment towards you at start of a season. Not saying he will, saying its possibility in such situation.
