How so? It's not like he's going to down tools. Nothing has really changed except the optics of the situation.

His request can strengthen our hand at the negotiation table and soften FSG's stance. Kloppo has to weigh up the cons of keeping a potentially unhappy player who has made up his mind to leave. It's a question of commitment to club, and if the players has decide to move on, the logical thing is to allow him to. It's similar to the Torres situation when Liverpool was adamant he would stay.

No wonder so many regulars from 2009-12 have left this place. Lots of mature folks who talked sensibly. Glad I'm still in touch with them via twitter and normal email correspondence.

Too many immature fanboys who have this sense of entitlement. Bojan my friend the standards here have dropped a lot.

Thank God through marriage and old uni friends plus old posters from my experience of Barca and Barcelona is a great one.

Fairly simple not to come on here then.

What is the 'sense of entitlement'?

From what Ive seen RAWK is much worse. If Neymar handled his transfer request and someone bid ABOVE his realistic worth, I would pack his bags myself.

Extremely surprised by Coutinho. I thought he was totally happy at Liverpool. I guess even the most satisfied players are willing to come to barca if the opportunity presents.

A bit of a weird situation because I like Liverpool as a club and Klopp is a great coach. Call it capitalism I guess.

Would offer Liverpool 70m + Andre Gomes. Total value of the transfer would be 70m + 35m.

That way they get a good amount of money and a center midfielder they've wanted.

;)
