I know some will say different but Barca fans would react badly to any club trying to unsettle one of best players.

Becomes hypocritical at a point tho as all clubs tap up and unsettle players.

We were more angry on neymar than on PSG tbh and there was a good reason for that. This is a transfer business and its not like we are buying a player against his will, or for free. We are doing nothing morally wrong.

The only hate I see in neymar thread for PSG is because of lutece and jair ventura. You will see people calling PSG an oil club often on other threads but thats not because of neymar transfer but because everyone had that opinion about PSG always.

Every post you make on here is a dig at liverpool, you can't deny it because it is easy to trace, you offer nothing than bitterness, as for a sense of entitlement that is extremely ironic.

Saying that Barcelona is a more attractive club than Liverpool is a dig? I respect Liverpool the club, just not their fans who happen to be amongst the most deluded in the world. United, Spurs, City, Chelsea and even Arsenal fans are more level-headed and realistic.

Think the point is you are calling Liverpool fans basically arrogant arseholes then behaving same way but think it is justified for you to act like that as chose to support Barca.

I think there’s been some interesting news today..

Their local newspaper reporting that he wouldn’t be allowed to go, unless an offer of £125m came in...

So that’s the price...€140m, the first time this has ever come from a source their end...

Probably be agreed for the summer...

Got to be realistic though, the price to replace him with Lemar is €100m, they’re going to want to cover that..

I'm not making a point on whether their fans are behaving rationally or not, but you cannot compare the Neymar saga to the Coutinho saga. If Neymar had come out and put in a transfer request and said he wants to leave (like has happened in Coutinho saga - where it's been clear from the start that he wants to go to Barcelona), things would have been very different with the fans. I can imagine most of us would have said "Fuck him, he's a prick. He can get lost".

I don't think I have to explain what actually transpired; so no, this is not at ALL the same.

It is the same in that any top players going and being tapped up there will be that anger from fans towards the other club and there still is towards PSG.

Neymar played his game behind our backs and spoiled the team spirit( losing to Madrid 5-1). Neymar was cancer to our team in summer and not to mention making his deal so last minute we almost had no time to sign replacement. Now we ended up overpaying for Dembele. If Neymar came publicly out and said he wanted to leave Barca at the start of summer, I would have been fine with the move, but it's the way he did all those things, which annoyed me the most. There's no point keeping player who is unhappy, at some point it's not going to work anymore

My point was, it's totally different situation to Coutinho. If Coutinho had buyout clause he would be with Barca already.
