Before Forlan hit the wall, him and Suarez were linking up nicely, between having someone up front he could work with and a good coach, in the WC and Copa America Suarez was playing a very tactically intelligent game. I wouldn't call him selfish but his decision making does let him down. But that's normal considering he wasted his last few years first in the Dutch league he was too good for and then on a mediocre team with no supporting cast.

It might be too late for him to become a elite decision maker, but there's people who actually think Song will improve his positioning enough to be a CB, so you never know.

Some of you are making it sound like he's Ricardo Quaresma or something.

Yeah but why would he want Suarez anyway when he already got the next year's Ballon d'Or winner wrapped up => :bojan: He should rather invest in a proper backup for Mesbah. If Mesbah gets injured, the whole Milan defense will fall apart.

Couldn't agree more. It baffled me at the time when Barcelona forked out for Jordi Alba when Milan's current financial state they could have probably landed Mesbah, makes no sense.

Pato & Bojan will be going toe to toe for the balon d'or in the future no question. Pazzini has all the tools aswell

Every team Ibrahimovic leaves wins the CL the season after his departure. So it will probably come down to who's going to score the winner in the CL final this season for Milan. With Pato's injury record it should be between Bojan and Pazzini, really.

And yeah, I'm still devastated the club wasted money on Alba instead of Mesiahbah. But then again Milan wouldn't have sold him anyway, even with financial problems. Too much of a club legend IMO. He'll retire in Milan.
