I won't dignify that with a response. I mean I could reply in kind, but I am above such things.

I'll leave all the hating to you and Meta.

Cheers Ed.
Let's just move on and not be so petty and malicious towards others.

Time to put this to bed:-

Leaving aside the fact that the free kick came from a dive by a Ghana player, there isnt a single fan, player, manager, coach or fucking PR Man in the whole footballing world that wouldnt have done what Luis Suarez did. In fact, the funniest bit about that action was there was another Uruguayan on the line who tried to save it but failed. Anyone who says they wouldnt have done exactly the same thing is a hypocrite and a liar.

Who fucking cares who it was against and where it was based in? Was Suarez supposed to think "I can save my country and teammates here, but fuck it, this time is Africa, waka waka". You have got to be kidding me. Im still going nuts at Rob Jones and John Scales for just looking at the ball Cantona hit in the 96 cup final without bothering to do anything about it. Maybe they thought like you, it's big Eric's big return from his suspension, would be a shame to stop him scoring the winner in the cup final.

Grow up to the haters seriously.

Yup, we both know our roles and the battle will never end.

Although watching Uruguay in the middle of the decade was fucking painful. I still support any non-Brazil South American side assuming they aren't getting in Argentina's way (unless I want Argentina to self-destruct like i have lately because the team is an embarassment to the nation), but there was a good stretch where Uruguay has the tragic Recoba and a bunch of leg breakers who make Diego Perez look like a brilliant footballer. This current team is different though, it's fucking magical, in a cynical Uruguayan sort of way at least.

Spain '08 was definitely much, much more enjoyable to watch for a variety of reasons. And David Villa is sexy as fuck.

I would never do what Suarez did against Ghana. It is down right dirty CHEATING at its lowest. He is a cockroach for what he did IMO. And the funny thing is, he was one of my favourite player before that world cup. But I've never felt so much hate towards a player ever after watching replays of what he did and his reaction after the penalty miss. I've never felt that kind of hatred in my heart before. Perhaps it is the first time I've had the emotion of Hate before, because it was so profound and raw a feeling I had. I was ready to throw a bottle at the TV screen when I saw a replay of it months after the world cup in the pre match montage before the England Ghana game.

Like I said, never felt such hatred towards anyone, and I'm not even Ghanaian.

You can say I'm a Liar, but I would never do such a thing, NEVER!

That said I still enjoy watching Suarez play. Sort of Love Hate sentiments towards him.

For the record Spain where brilliant in the knockout stages, the only time a team played football against them (Germany) Spain showed how good they really are.

Chile,Brazil,Germany,Paraguy and Holland where very good.

Uruguay where brilliant to and get extra point for knocking out the biggest cheats of the world cup in dramatic fashion.

How were ghana the biggest cheats of the World Cup?

They were one of the most entertaining sides to watch at the World Cup along with Uruguay and Spain. They actually played FUTBOL.

What if it was Newcastle playing in a cup final and you are 1-0 up going into the last seconds and the opponent has an empty net to fire the ball into and a newcastle player did it?

So, no disrespect intended towards you because if you answer the above that you wouldn't celebrate the newcastle player doing that, then yes I will claim you a liar. Again with no disrespect intended towards you.

The referees and linesmen where clearly favouring the African team all tournament, the other African teams still didn't get past the group stages

Here's a clear dive what led to the handball, there's no way the linesman thought that was really a foul,he's standing two yards away from him and the Uruguayan player is no where near him.

Here's a clear penalty to Uruguay, there was also another clear penalty when Forlan got fouled but I can't find the video.

The BBC is disgusting as well, they where clearly biased in favor of Ghana when they should have been neutral,at least it was funny when Desilley was nearly crying.

What Suarez did was justice and it was ironic that the cheating Ghanaians where knocked out by cheating :beer2:

But it was in Africa!! Against Ghana! There are no words strong enough to condemn his actions!!

Barçapocalypse NOW!
What Suarez did is not cheating in the slightest, he did something that goes against the rules, like any other foul, it was just the extreme situation that makes it look so bad, like the foul in the video above... I'm not justifying any of those actions, as they are without a doubt dirty and malicious, but they are all part of the game... Ask Busquets, Pedro or Dani for that matter...
