He might be on point

Most EPL goals in a season:
34 - Andrew Cole (Newcastle United; 1993/94 - 42 matches)
34 - Alan Shearer (Blackburn Rovers; 1994/95 - 42 matches)
32 - Mohamed Salah (Liverpool; 2017/18 - 38 matches)

Most PL goals in a debut season: 30 - Kevin Phillips (Sunderland; 1999/00)

dunno about La Liga stats but

either Lewy will pull off a miracle debut at 35 or we're all participating in mass hysteria

No dna and a Bayern leftover. But Xavi doesn't want dna so we'll have retirement enemy galactico plus Dembele running around pretending to be Messi. Fati already looks sad Puig isn't there to hook him up. People clamoring for Balde now, mental asylum getting a shiny multi-lever renovation so these asylum fan seats be real plush. Next season should be entertaining.

BBZ is right. Lewy will only get worse and worse by now. His game is all about waiting in the box for tap-ins. Wont suit to Barca.

Going from 50 goals to just 45 is getting worse. A Lewa getting worse is still easily one of the best 5 strikers in the world at the minute.

BBZ believes he will fall from a clif next season. We will see shortly.

It's all about context. Lewa won't have Messi behind him. If we get Bernardo and the other wingers/midfielders also click, then maybe he will hit 25-30.

Other players adapte better to new environments and others need a trial season to adjust. Lewa was ready phycologicaly ready for this move, so let's hope he can bring his best game.

Sounds like he plays with bums

Pedri is a phenomenal passer, Gavi had more assists than Bernardo last year and Dembele/Fati/Ferran/Raphina are hardly worse than Sane, Gnabry and co.

Don't care how much he scores as long as we win big titles though.

He doesn't play with bums(well, some are bums) but he doesn't come into a well oiled machine as the only missing piece either. There are many question marks around individual players and how they'll integrate into Xavi's setup.

Heck, even Xavi is an unknown quantity right now.

If Lewa went to City then you could say that everything else than 30 goals in the league is a flop.

Too much overreaction here. He had enough service to score 3-4 goals in his first 3 games. Once he starts scoring, his confidence will rise.

I will be VERY surprised if he doesn't score at least 25 LL goals this season. At least 6 in the CL.
