We would still need a focal point in attack so would need to sign a starting CF. And probably another one since we won't have a substitute if both Ferran and Ansu leave. Or sign a LW-CF hybrid like Thuram.

The worst part is not only the costs on the books of Lewa.. which is equivilant to 100m player on 10m a week.

It is also the fact that the club will pay this and have no value at all on him to sell or renew to reduce amorisation costs.

Terrible and short sighted decision at a time the club need to be making better ones.

He should be shown the door in summer or at least try to get him out.

Give it a week or so before we hear how Messi is asking Barca to sign Alvarez from City.

Bad 2nd half to this season and has been increasingly selfish trying to get the Pichichi as well.

Was a good signing for non footballing reasons (increasing team belief and morales, fitness and professionalism,) but has dropped off hard since the World Cup.
