Eto=wonderful player. When I see our current forwards (except for Messi)they couldnt hit water if they fell out of a boat. Sammy is probably the best pure striker to have played for Barca. Shamefully shunted out.

All I can say is this attacking trident would be unstoppable: Ronaldinho(2003-2006 form), Eto'o, Messi

well we got to see it fully in play in 05/06 classico when dinho scored those 2 wonder goals and eto had 1, messi was tearing it up that game but he did not have his scoring touch back then or he would have had like 3 at least

thats not necessarily what i meant, i just meant from the albanians and serbians i known, they are extremely nationalistic(which is in my book something positive).. you shud be proud of where u come from

on topic: how can you guys like this guy after he sued your club?

Most of the people I know from the Balkans are disgusted by that extremist nationalism. It's still a problem to the extent that you wouldn't want to bring the topic up to a random person on the street in Belgrade, the wars weren't that long ago after all, but both older people who grew up during the Yugoslav golden years and younger people who spent their childhood dealing with the nationalist nonsense are disgusted by extremist nationalism. There's just as much of a problem of far right nationalists in Western Europe right now, they are just less overt about it (when they aren't mass deportation immigrants). While Poland is still probably the biggest hotbed for the far right, all of Europe is goosestepping hand in hand right now.

On topic: The club was asking for it

Eto'o is god btw.

Thats hardly a problem limited to Europe now is it? Care for more tea Captain America?

It's a similar trend but because of political differences it expresses itself in a different way. Here people are nostalgic for the 1700s. On your side of the pond they are nostalgic for the 1930's. Both are result of the angry mob blaming the fact that most of us are only going to get poorer on foreigners and social programs that keep people from starving to death, but both are taking a different approach.

Incisive remark. You know your politics and history.

*And yes on the Eto'o issue,as I said on previous occasions we were absolutely correct in the 08/09 season when we were claiming that he is probably the best striker in the world.

With the exception of a few hysterics, no one in Europe has any nostalgia for the 30's, why would they? It destroyed most of the continent.
