To add to my previous post after reading that explanation above I previously overlooked.
Yes, it's a very stupid way to get injured before important part of the season but then again, players need to relax after training and those kind of activities are usually also good to build team chemistry. If Lucho thinks it's dangerous to do that he should just forbid it and then he can fine or put on his blacklist every player that doesn't respect that.
I don't know who else is playing this "football-basket" or whatever it's called but what if an important player like Pique or Messi would get injured during that? Would Lucho still treat him the same way? I don't think so.
