The guy is a entitled mess. Lazy in training, extremely poor when given the opportunity and still feels like he deserves to be starting for Barca and throws a tantrum when he doesn't.

Vidal should be told to clear out his locker and work with his agent to find a club for January.
That's what any top manager would do. Pep/Yaya, Mou/Bastian, Klopp/Balotelli etc...Vidal should get the same treatment.
No doubt Lucho will be asked about this in his next press conference, hope he replies in the same way Pep did last week.

How unnecessary 
that type of unprofessional behaviour has no place at FCB and the fact that he used a social platform to flash it publicly ... Looks like he's not willing to fight for his place anymore or he wouldn't burn his bridges with the technical staff like this. Gotta say I'm kind of surprised, without proper context his steady changing of club shirts wasn't/still isn't much of a red flag and personality-wise he seemed to be very well accepted by fans, very mellow and nice in interviews, this is one hell of a nasty streak.
