Alexis Sanchez

World Champion
Alexis has been better than Pedro in the past 2 seasons. A couple of bad finishes aside which made him look like a laughing stock and played with his mind he's actually getting into the correct positions regularly with his movement. He came on and almost immediately scored against Milan. Only 1 - 2 inches offside. When was the last time Pedro even made such a threatening run or got a shot away on target? Pedro has ~ 20 more starts than Alexis and only 2 goals more yet we laugh at Alexis' finishing?

Apparently there are going to be stories running in the Italian press in the morning, that Alexis has reached an agreement with Inter & now there just has to be an agreement with Barca. Inter also want to discuss Song & Montoya.

Yeah... BS. Maybe just Sanchez, but there's no way we'd sell all three of them, or even two of them to Inter. Also, why would we buy Song only to sell him when the season was over?

Yeah, I doubt Song would be let go already either. Montoya, maybe on loan, but not straight up sold (hopefully). The Alexis story I might buy though.

Montoya shouldn't be loaned IMO, he's been great in most of the games he's played (including the clasico in October). He should be played more often next season (and the remainder of this one). As for Song, I don't think he should be sold, we need the depth in that position. Didn't Masch suck for us at CDM? Once we do get a CB though, I'm guessing one of Masch or Song will need to be sold. Since Song is younger and Masch has sucked for us the few times he's played as a CDM, I'm guessing it's gonna be Masch.

As for Alexis, his current form has been good. Management should see how he does for the rest of the season and decide from there.

At least Alexis gets into spaces where yhe chance to score is there. How about Pedro? When was the last time he got a shot on goal? Or when was the last time he scored? Sometimes I forgot that he's on the pitch. He's good at pressing though.

lol everyone`s defending Alexis now that he had a couple of good games. I`ve never doubted on this guy. He have had few very bad games and silly finishes but he was able to run behind the opponent defence almost everygame. it will be very crucial in the games like against madrid who presses us high. pedro did it against madrid(CL semi??) but he had totally forgot about it or xavi n co. arent just releasing those passes.

Again, classic Sanchez. He'll rather stop the attack and ask for a foul than keep going. All of that while in possession and with space in front. Intolerable.

did make a huge impact in the first half .. supber ball control on the wing but still so freaking weak when it comes to decisionmaking in front of goal... and his passing is sloppy some time.. but in the moment his form is better than pedros imo
