its a false comparison even everything is ignored, just on the basis, you are comaparing (alexis) 2nd fiddle to ronaldo (main man). Compare alexis with bale, and messi with ronaldo.
and then compare both figures to know how well he did in terms of taking the shots.

But who cares if Alexis has better goals per shots stats than Ronaldo and Bale.
They won CL.
Do you know what we have won?
A trophy for a player with the highest stat in Goals scored per shots taken.
Call me insane, but I would switch our player with awesome stat with someone else (Bale) with weaker stats if that would mean trophies.
I like trophies more stats jugadorazo.

That was my response to stats how he scores more than Ronaldo.
So, another cold stat could say:
"Since Alexis and Fab came, our team has fallen apart."
While I do agree that it is not (only) their fault.
But again, they are 2 players who were both horrible purchases for our team.
Some people love Alexis.
Others only see a player who doesn't bring too much and who brought us only Seasons without trophies.
Look, we will never know what would happen with our team in the last 3 years if he haven't bought Fab and Alexis.
And if we have bought some other players in those days.
Fabregas just doesn't fit our system and Pep had tried 343 in 2012' only to suit him.
Alexis is just not a Barca's type of a winger for "big things". And also, he is not a 9 for our style.
Maybe Barca would today been a Champions league winner in 92' 06' 09, 11 and 12. Or 12 and 14.

With Fab and Alexis we haven't won it.

The thing with alexis is even though he gets goals he's still not really known as a goalscorer. You're not expecting him to score unlike prime villa, Pedro or henry. This means we rely on messi too much as neymar doesn't score too much.
This is why I would get rid of him for Reus, but I still think he's a great player and does great off ball work offensively and defensively.
