We had a deal for 2m to sell Douglas and he rejected to move b/c he wants to stay in Spain and get the Citizenship.Roberto is basically paying for Zubi's fault and even when he finds a good deal the player reject it b/c he is just in too good of a situation to leave.
Not sure about Adriano,it actually seem we really want to get money from him which might be unrealistic

He is a CM. Samper is a DM, Lucho won't try him at CM, he said so today.

tbh I am quite not sure about this deal,and I can fully understand the 2 sides of the argument .
Make no mistake,Andre is a good player,very good one.good overall passer,strong,tall & tough.has a lot of talent too and age is on his side.
On the other hand there is a lot of weakness in his game and a legit question of fit and whether he is suited to replace Iniesta in the starting lineup in a year or two.because I surely hope we didn't pay such sum for a long term bench player.
He isn't creative dribbler or passer like Iniesta,He can't control the game like Xavi.
I honestly would have preferred the club to wait a year to see what we have with the young lads.but if Gomes worked out well he is gr8 addition.

We paid 35M+25M for him. Damn too high. He is very inconsistent and not a great passer. But with some refinement he can fill Raki role better than Denis and rafinha. He can drive the ball well but I doubt we even need that kid of player right now. But if he can get it from defense to attack and create lanes it would be welcome. His workrate is very good and unlike our other midfielders his best position is in midfield. He is injury prone too. I sill am not happy with this transfer. High chance it will fail but I hope he proves me wrong.
