Barçapocalypse NOW!
Sure, there were other crucial moments where we can talk about losing La Liga. Still, there is a difference in fucking up a game vs. Alaves/Celta compared to one vs your direct rival. If you lose 4-3 in Vigo, you don't get a point. If you draw vs your direct rival, you get a point, but this point doesn't mean anything. To conclude: You get a point that is pointless.
Arda took those 3 points away from us and literally handed them to Real. Instead of +6 we had a +3 balance, although getting 4 points out of this years Clásicos.

Skewed... We did not lose 3 points, and we did not give 3 points away to RM, the match ended in a draw, we lost 2 points and gave them 1...

We did give away 3 points to Depor and Alavés, and on that subject, why do you downplay the loses against Depor and Alavés? Those are way bigger mistakes than drawing against RM who are the strongest team in the league... I know how much it hurts to lose points against our rivals, but in the end who cares if you win the championship, or just ask RM if they care that Messi ripped them to pieces in the Bernaleo?

There's a reason for the old saying that those games (like Depor, Betis, et al) are the ones that win you leagues...

I think he is actually a good player that had struggled adapting to a top team. Remember modric and kovacic first seasons at Madrid they were considered failures.

He also struggled because lucho tactics in the final season were awful and no structure at all. Imagine him in his second season with more confidence, experience with the team and a manager who gets the team actually playing with some cohesiveness instead of shit defence and no midfield and just hope MSN do something...

Statistically we were better than we were last season if you count points won. Arda's idiocy is the difference. Simple as that. If you take him into last season with all our wins and losses, and have him make the same mistake, we lose the league then, too.

It doesnt matter if we gathered more points this season because another team gathered more. Ardas idiocy is not the difference, but a part of it. You cant simply ignore losing games vs crap teams.
If this if that... if we won just one single game against any crap teams we lost to, we would have the title. If Neymar and Suarez score their chances, we couldve won one of those games. If...

Loosing vs teams that you should beat 12 times out of 10 is far worse than drawing vs Real Madrid.

Say what you want about the guy, but I don't recall him making anymore than 5 forward passes this entire season. He showed absolutely nothing going forward and was a burden defensively as well.

He's going to get another chance this season so people need to chill.

If he's crap under another manager then it's time to sell.

Did he really lose alot of money gambling?

Arda is deadwood but Gomes at least has potential. I'm hoping he can do what a lot of players do and get better in their second year.

Indeed. He is absolutely useless. So many better players than him. Even many Portuguese thought his transfer to Barcelona was ridiculous.
