Ok he had a bad night but he is great. He just was not on his right position (thiago or tello).
The Don has had his worse season since Pep's with us, even if many cules don't want to admit it and put everything on Messi, Cesc, Pique or Guardiola. And while I'm more understanding with Xavi because of his injury and his age, I can't say I feel the same about Iniesta. I was expecting him to make a bigger difference in the league or in the CL as he was more rested then any of our midfielders, but apparently I was wrong.
I hope to be wrong again and to see him lead us to a victory tonight, like he did in 2009, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

]To be fair, the majority of our squad has been under par for whatever reason... When you look especially at Xavi, Iniesta, Pedro, Piqué, Alves and Villa, all key players in our past and current success, it's either injuries, personal problems or just plain bad luck holding them back this season... The team is both physically and mentally exhausted, we've been asking for 3+ goals wins every single game for the last 3 years that it is finally taking its toll, add to that all the scrutiny coming from the capital city... They all need a solid vacation, no football and a renewed motivation, too bad the Euros are in the way...
@little off topic for iniesta
Has spanish players gotten any rest in the summer of 2011? next year will be FIFA confederations cup, then 2 years it will be the world cup. Unless Xavi and Puyol want to be tired for the rest of their lives they should at least think about retirement after the euros. Tjough Iniesta will be very low on fatigue I can assure you that.
