Why would you put the Don on the wings even against weak teams when capable wingers like Tello, Alexis, Villa are fighting for playing time? Iniesta is not a winger period. He keeps drifting into midfield and him and Cesc keep getting in each others way. Its best to rotate Cesc, Iniesta and Xavi and never play them at the same time. Xavi is 33 years old. Cesc will get plenty of playing time

There isn't enough playing time and considering the underperformance of the wingers Iniesta a valid option there. And in big away games, having a double pivot with the Don on the wing and Alba overlapping a la Spain I would say is the best option.

How can u say Tello is underperforming given the amount of playing time he gets? You talk about not not enough playing time and yet u want the Don to play on the wings making Villa Tello Alexis to fight for one spot since Pedro cant seem to get himself benched. This should be the rotation plan
