He is a World Class Centre Midfielder​

He is only a V. Good LWF. Even though he can do a job out there, he is NOT a Striker.

PLAY YOUR BEST PLAYERS IN THEIR BEST POSITIONS!​

We should NEVER play one of our World Class Players out of position to accomodate someone who is not. (Unless it is for tactical reasons, under extreme circumstances).

I am sure the barca staff will stop putting him on the left wing after reading your post. Secondly, the reason why he was played on the left wing was partly to fit fabregas, partly because villa and tello weren't trusted for some reason and pedro and alexis were completely off form.

So at the time being, they considered him our best LW. Just hope they've realised after the tremendous performance vs milan that he belongs in the midfield and that they stick with a variation of tello, alexis, pedro, villa, messi or even adriano upfront.

Hardest player to dispossess, I've never seen a player like him. He has outstanding technique and decision-making. He could probably keep the ball for a minute in the opposing half. If he was anywhere close to Messi in decisiveness (in other words if he was a forward), he would easily be the greatest player ever.
