But I think that although he'd improve very much playing day-in day-out for Newcastle but playing there for long might make him succeptible for injuries, I mean he needs to show himself every where on the pitch and try to win each and every long ball! Even though he is very strong he will sooner or later hurt his back if he keeps playing like that!! If any of the bigger want they should buy him soon just so he doesn't hurt himself playing the way he does right now

He's been unbelievable for us this season, astounding the way he has stepped up. It's not just his goals though - it's his assists, workrate, battling for every ball and then defending from set pieces aswell. When we're closing out games we just stick him as a 3rd CB and he does a job there too!

Never seen him ping one in from 25 yards before though! Hopefully another string to his bow

You can say that for every U21 player who's a striker.

Carroll is very good but he's not finished yet and still has a long way to go. Also hasn't dealt with the pressure that comes when you're the star of a big team. He will get that opportunity though.
