Let's start a campaign to push Bielsa for the England job. I really want him to have a job so his "genius' doesn't go wasted.

#LocoForEngland!

I'm guessing those who are excited about the Bielsa rumour are unfamiliar with his disastrous WC '02 campaign. Whilst I understand your concern, AFA is already in the doldrums, they could do worse than give a second stint for Bielsa. Anything at this point (whatever the name) is a gamble, anyhow.

It's not just that zanela. I know many in this forum only praise Bielsa and call him a "genius" merely because of Pep's HUGE admiration for the guy, but they don't know that Bielsa was the coach of the Argentina NT for 6 years, between 1998 to 2004, and won fuck all. In fact not only he didn't win anything, he's left one of the worst WC's campaigns Argentina has ever had in World Cup 2002. Attractive football my ass! His team was fucking shit against England, and not exactly what you expect to see from a team who needs to win in order to stay in the WC, in the match against Sweden. This fucktard is not a winner! When was the last time he's won something? He's stubborn as fuck! Don't even care about a plan B. He is obsessed with "his way". He applies a very pressing style which won't answer in a longer run. How many times we have seen his team decline in the second part of the season? His style requires a big chunk of pressing and who is gonna do that? Messi??? lol. It cracks me up when they say Messi needs someone like Bielsa. Just prove once again how much all of these "admirers" know about the guy. The amount of fanboiysm BS you read on the internet is off the fucking charts!

Oh and let's not even talk about his character and man management.

Actually Bielsa does come with a baggage and he is kind of over-rated in here because of his influence on pep.... But one thing one cannot take away from Bielsa is that his teams always give tremendous work-rate no matter what, and in general he wins over the egos, the crazy man is always the biggest ego in his team?

And at the end of the day.... Lack of proper work-rate (and stupid-egos of super stars) is the only reason Argentina NT is being pulled back. I mean look at it man, Tata Martino of all brought them to two freaking finals and mere penalty shoot-out away from glory!

If anything Bielsa should have been brought on instead of Tata.... The chances of Leo winning any thing for Argentina now are really, really slim. The last two were the best chances and should have been tried harder by bringing Bielsa for them. Now it just does not seem very probable anymore anyway.

For me Bielsa has been always the coach version of wasted potential. He is "talented" coach.but never really put his work into something truly gr8

Bielsa in 1st year? Great. Bielsa in second year? God like. Bielsa in 3rd year? Absolute carnage. WC2018 is in 2 years.

Make of that what you will.

You just described Jose Mourinho, though with more praise.

Bielsa is the kami kaze version of managers along with Zeman.

There were rumors about Simeone and Pochettino and Bielsa.

No sane person would take charge of that NT right now. You'd have to talk to all the players to unretire while not getting paid and not even having a legit boss. Let alone anything else is unobtainable as the AFA is pretty much broke as fuck atm.

Lol, AFA don't even have the money to travel to Madrid and meet Simeone, legit, Veronica Brunati reported it yesterday I think or retweeted the story. How will they pay Sampaoli?

I just hope maradona won't offer to do it for free... they might accept it.

Will Messi even return? He hasn't said anything regarding the statements he made after they lost to Chile.. and it's pretty rare to hear messi say those kind of things.. he's probably gone for good.
