I really feel sorry for Southampton..... Southampton is my one of my favourite teams in PL and selling players like this isn't normal. Hope their board know what they are doing.

I'm surprised if Southampton manage to stay up this season. Lallana, Lambert, Shaw, Lovren and now Chambers gone while Jay Rodriguez has been targeted by Liverpool. It's just a matter of time before they lose the rest of their starting 11.

So Jenkinson just got loaned out to West Ham, guess that means that Chambers will feature primarily at right back and that Arsene feels Jenko needs to get playing time to continue developing. Seems like an OK move to me, although I'm worried if one of our right backs get injured we'll have no depth.

Chambers plays at CB for England, and we're about to sell Vermaelen to United, so he might be our depth signing for that position. I just hope Bellerin gets a few games to get settled in at the top level. If we have enough injuries, he'll probably be playing, like Miquel did every time Koscielny/Vermaelen were out.
