no chance, if the bid is genuine then it is nothing more then a propaganda tool to make arsenal fans believe they are willing to spend big money, the bid has been rejected and i would bet that is the last you will hear of arsenal's interest in suarez, somehow i don't think they will be returning with a £40 million bid, they still haven't signed higuain because they are stalling over a couple of million difference in price, that one looks like it could fall through too...

Well from what I have heard the interest in genuine and not an attempt to negotiate with Real to release Higuain sooner. Chelsea's interest from what I have heard is NOT genuine.

Thus I'd say if Arsenal match our valuation we'd accept the bid.
