Cause its simple, they are full of midfielders and Gustavo isn't in Pep's plans. He even used Kirchhoff as defensive midfieler and Martinez is there. If Martinez won't be playing CB regurarly then it will be 2 defensive midfielders on the bench if Gustavo stays..But its a wrong move for Bayern really..

Gustavo isn't good enough for this Bayern it's that simple really. He made it clear he wants 1st team football and tbh I don't think he's as good as Arteta

I hope its true but I am so jaded by this transfer window to much news and speculation with no actual business that I cant get excited anymore

The current rumour is that United are going to sell Rooney to Arsenal to avoid selling him to Chelsea.

Silly really. Sure he is and if arsenal actually land him I see them improving a lot.

You're sure that he isn't good enough for Bayern, or that he's as good as/better than Arteta?

In my opinion, Arteta is much better than Gustavo. He's very underrated and it's a shame he's 31 already.

Went to see Arsenal - Man City on Saturday and much fun was had. Gotta give respect to the traveling Arsenal fans. First heading out here for a pointless friendly, but also being the backbone for the atmosphere.

Match itself was better than I expected, result a bit against how it first seemed to be going. Best part was, of course, seeing Yaya, Arteta, Santi and Navas live, especially Yaya. Santi took his warm up right in front of us exchanging long crosses with Giroud and had some fun at the expense of ground staff while at it.

Didn't take too many photos, but here's one of a guard longing for his cute female colleague, who's gone missing. Also in the background, Walcott scoring.
