I'm really liking his little cameos. He's getting more confident with every minute he plays. His little twists and turns are starting to come through. Plus he's now much slimmer (although he's still not there yet). He's certainly fitting in like a glove, whereas his fellow new teammate Vidal is still struggling a bit.

I wonder what Valverde is going to use him as. I think he's being wasted as a lone pivot in a 4-3-3. Yeah he played in a double pivot for Gremio but it's a little different playing as a lone one in a 4-3-3.
