Well, he gave a good performance versus Spuds away meanwhile Rakitic is in dire need of rest. Logic says that you ride the Arthur train and bring in Vidal to relieve Rakitic.

But this is Valverde so nothing would surprise me. He may very well opt to bring Vidal in for Arthur after El Chileño spat his dummy and keep Rakitic playing till he gets injured as he done with Umtiti last year.

Coutinho does not need rest. He's ready to blow up La Liga. He should get a run of games, as much as he wants. He deserves it as he is currently playing lights out football.

Arthur needs to do more penetrating runs. Hes capable of ut, tge same skill to change directions can be apllied to attackspace. Because im worried coaches will just tell players to not press Arthur and hes left with a sea of question marks. Because la liga teams dont man mark like Spurs, they close the passing lanes and stay put
