Yes, he wont be a bargain anymore thats true, the train has passed for that now, but he's a great player so he would be worth a lot. 45m-50m would probably be the maximum we should go depending on our budget. I have no idea how much money we have though.
I've seen Kylian Mbappe's price quoted at 90m euros so I think Dembele would be at least in that ballpark. They are phenomenal players and just getting started.

That is insane hype. Mbappe is not worth 90m euros, come on. Monaco has a dream-season, and players could very well drop in form next season (like Mahrez not worth half of what rumoured last season). Although, I would really like a player like Bernardo Silva, also because he has performed during a longer period.
Everyone thought Dembele would go for big money already this summer, but he went for 15M euros - that should not be possible, but it happened. Right now he is worth way more, and I genuinely like him - but when he really wants to leave, Dortmund will be forced to accept - that keeps the price down. Also remember that Dortmunds record-transfer is 42 M, and they have sold some very good players.

Really doubt any of them will be that expensive this summer. Maybe mbappe, because Monaco have no need to sell. But not dembele.

Dembele would be around 50, 60 mil. max. It's not like Dortmund's players have been that expensive, just look at Lewandowski, Gotze and Hummels, and those were sold domestically and to their biggest rivals, which you'd think they'd wanna squezze as much as possible, since no one around the club wanted to sell to Bayern. But selling abroad, add to that the player's dream club (from what we can gather from all of Dembele's interviews), we wouldn't have to pay some astronomical fee, i think. Dortmund are a selling club first and foremost, they don't have the financial muscle to turn down 50 mil. for Dembele, especially if Barca came calling, which would surely get Dembele's attention and wish to actually be sold.

I still think Dembele is not ready to join us yet and still relatively raw, if he does join us in the summer as some of you want to see, where is his position? Bench?

Lot depend on what new manager wan,again I think the only way we go for him is if we have a starting spot for him
That is either with Messi as AM in 4-3-3 or in 3-4-3 as winger but in both cases we need someone who will do the defensive work and I don't know how good Dembele in that

Rafinha's. If it's Sampaoli, he will. With Messi as CAM, and Iniesta not able to play too much, it's either 343 or 4231. In both we need a RW.
