We certainly need to bring in new players too, signings + canteranos. The new coach need a team that actually plays like a team. That means the GK + Defence + Midfield + Attack all contributing together like it did when we've done well.

Right now we have too many passengers.

New coach is important, but I fear it might be an insider like Unzue and that might be a continuation of the same rather than new, fresh ideas.

Mario Gaspar
Elseid Hysaj
Ricardo Pereira
Djibril Sidibé

There is no Alves on the market so you need to make a compromise and 40+M. semi-injured Bellerin is no compromise. If you want the safest option, go for Gaspar. Btw why has this guy a contract till 2023? Since when contracts over 5 years are signed? I don't know how much he would cost, but definitely not 40+M.

The most "fancy" option would be Pereira, but he wouldn't be my first option as his strengths and weaknesses are very similar to Vidal's.

Out of this names the Albanian RB of Napoli would be my #1. He is a well balanced RB who can contribute both offensively and defensively, a great athlete and technically better than Bellerin.

As I mentioned before, it is a pity that Florenzi has a serious injury. He would have been perfect for Barça.

I agree ^^ I don't like coutinho.Not cus hes a bad playet but because to me he plays like a forward more than a midfielder. We need industry in midfield, good interplay, creativity, vision. Solid players. Players that make the team tick. Not a forward type attacking mid. He would fix none of our problems.

And they all have no business playing CM for us just like Arda, Denis

Eriksen is CM or CAM, I am not saying he would fit us but he is definitely not a winger.
And you are forgetting one important thing, Iniesta also played as a winger many times in his career...

Eriksen is not CM

He plays across the 3 those are not CMs and the central guy is a #10/CAM which for us is Messi

Eriksen and Coutinho are more wingers... But then again so was Iniesta and this is what helps him make a change in the attack when everything is closed off... This will act as complementary to Busquets / Rakitic / Gomez who should play with a more Xavi like approach from the back...

I believe them and another CM and 2 Defenders are all we need to be on top again... regardless of the formation...
