Eriksen is not CM
In a 4-2-3-1
He plays across the 3 those are not CMs and the central guy is a #10/CAM which for us is Messi
Look I don't think Eriksen would fit us but define CM? In 4-2-3-1 you basicaly have 2 DM and one CAM. The question is not what is he playing now but can he play CM for Barca or not?
Xavi or Iniesta have never played in 4-2-3-1 and I am honestly not sure what would they play. Inesta for sure wouldn't be one of 2 DM (CM) he would probably play LW but he was perfect for our midfield for many years in 4-3-3 formation. So basicaly LW became one of the best midfielders ever. I am not saying this will happen again but if somene plays LW in 4-2-3-1 he can maybe funcion as CM in 4-3-3 if he has right skills for that.
You guys are searching for Xavi 2.0 and that is something we won't find.
