Apparently Barto is fed up with the transfers and wants to go back to LA Masia. Sport had a quote where Abidal said he wants to promote the youngsters.

Abidal is an unknown quantity. Could go either way.

Promoting youngsters into the squad (for he future) is fine if you are starting from a position of strength - we are nowhere near that having a very poor squad compared to all he main clubs in Europe ...

I don't understand why we even went for Mina when it was clear all along EV wanted a la liga proven CB. would suck to lose Vermaelen with a wasted EU spot we could be bringing in Arthur..

We need fresh quality legs in mid. Defense is stacked, i think it doesnt get really much better than we have right now, im not worried about attack at all, we are stacked for 2 seasons, so thats not much of a hurry. If we could get thiago back would be great.

Fact is we are not getting both Griezmann AND world class CM (Thiago, Pjanic, Eriksen). Its just to much money. Griezmann will cost 100mio, and I dont believe Atletico would accept payment in seperate peaces, but would want all money right now. So this is already 100mio this summer. We are activating Langlet clause (sadly) which is also 30mil right away. We are already on 130mil. Plus we are possibly gettin Arhut in the summer, which is another 40mil straight. 170MIL. Lets say we have around 70-80 mil budget for transfers.
We need 100more. From Rafinha (30mil), Paco (25mil), Deulofeu (10mil), Vidal (10 mil), Gomes (15-20mil), Marlon (15mil)=around 110mil, we will get max 70 mil this summer. We are already in about 20-30mil deficit, buying world class CM, would raise that to at least 100mil deficit. So i thing its not happening.

We went for Mina hoping he was a solid CB. It's not only about experience, he's just not good enough.

Do you really think it is possible to have:

Messi, Suarez, Griezmann, Coutinho, Dembele, Thiago (or even Eriksen/Pjanic) all in the same team? And im not even mentioning Ivan and Busquets. Is it possible to have them all happy with playing time and taking important role in crucial matches (Real, Atletico, Sevilla, Valencia in La liga and CL matches)?
