Don't understand this infatuation with defense.not only its not barca DNA but also defense is going to take goals regardless. Liverpool took 2 goals yesterday with one of the best defenders ever at the back. But they score more. Football is about scoring more so then defending. Our attack is utter shit. The star of the attack is a 1 goal per season player.

Because
1-You can't outscore opponents if you concede in every attack.
2-Huge part of attack build up is through defense, fullbacks are essential parts of attacks, CB role is undermined
3-Scoring first matters, most of our struggles recently was due to conceding early and other team parking the bus
