Piszczek for 35m€ will be a much better deal than 40-50m for Cuadrado IMO as far as RB position is considered. Although to be honest Piszczek shouldn't cost more than 20-22m, unless there is competition from other big clubs.

If you want to tempt Dortmund, 30 mio. should do the job, especially since they have Großkotz to replace Piszek.
If one would go in for Hummels or Reus this season, one would not get more than a "fuck off".
