Neves is indeed quite talented. Starter for Porto isn't he? Oliver Torres should be picked up as well. It seems he isn't in Cholo's plans anymore.

Neves, being a 17 year old, is in the same age bracket as Alena, Ayoub, and Busquets right?

Tielemans, as rumored before, and Neves would be good signings for the midfield.

He's not better than Samper, IMO. But like Samper, I think, he can play in central midfield as well.
