I was talking abt bellerin vs vidal n sergi.
Vidal is a squad player because there's alves and roberto ahead of him. And he's only been playing for 2/3 months
Had alves left last summer as we anticipated things would have been different. He has the ablity to play vs la liga top 6.

And name one RB who is better than sergi n vidal, who can be acquired and would be a perfect replacement
Name one player. I have cancelled bellerin (In case u thoughtof him)

so you are admitting that vidal is a squad player. not better than a retiring alves and a makeshift RB roberto

roberto said that he would like to play in midfield, and we have reasons to believe that he will rotate with busquets or be used as this season and play all positions.

i'm not saying there is a clear viable option out there. i'll leave that to the staff, that's what they're getting payed.

It's either we get a new player, or stick to the ones we have I.e arda n vidal.

As for now there aint no better to replace alves than sergi n vidal. And I think thats why we got vidal in the first place, coz alves was thought to be leaving.

reading the comments here i v come to the conclusion that Bellerin is very underrated here .. like a lot of guys here mentioned the use of Vidal shows he's a squadie more than anything else .. we have a very interesting squad .. i think our attack is set i dont even see the need of bringing an extra attack player while we have Munir and a great number of attacking midfielders who can occupy the abscence of one of the MSN. but in return i think we definitely need a right back and a center back .. the only question that comes to my mind is : do we need a super midfielder ( modric - iniesta caliber ) becauseage is catching up Iniesta

Bellerin is actually overrated here
He is undoubtedly. Yeah he's young and has time to Improve but as of right now he's no where near ready to be a Barca first choice RB. He has way to many weaknesses to his game overall at this time to be a starter for us.

Vidal and Alves have their share of problems at defending at times but Bellerin, relies to much on pace to bail him out of the mistakes he makes and I really don't see him as of right now a good Alternative to Alves if he decides to call it a day here.

I would rather us stick with Vidal and let him improve in the position.

Santi Mina or Lucas Perez wouldn't be too bad. Gameiro will hit 29 this season and is kinda getting older already.

Bakambu or Inaki Williams please. Young, hungry and they should give another dimension to our attack.

Will probably get Aduriz or Llorente :lucho:

Some people still don't get that most young forwards won't want to come here to sit behind MSN. That's why getting an experienced player who could contribute right away is the best option. It would be stupid to pay 50M+ for some youngster and then waste his talent on the bench. I still think Munir (or maybe Lee) could be Suarez's replacement in 3 or 4 years but he needs to play regularly to develop, so I'd sent him on loan for 2 seasons. In the meantime we need someone who can get some rest to Suarez (I think we are well enough covered on both winger positions) occasionaly or be a good joker from the bench when we need him. I believe Gameiro would be a good option as we have very good experience when buying players from Sevilla but don't really believe these rumours are true.

I would love to have Aduriz for 2 years but there is probably no chance he'll leave Athletic. His performances would probably also drop if not playing regularly.

Good thing we have you to enlighten us feeble minded peasants then.
But no, I don't agree. Granted, I'm not inside the head of said youngsters, but I'd wager that most young players would jump at the opportunity to play and train with the best attacking trident in the history of the game day in and day out. It's basically a once in a lifetime opportunity. Also, look at Munir, he's gotten a fair deal of minutes, and had he played better, I'm sure he would've gotten equally more minutes.

I think the real problem in regards to us buying young talented attackers, is us not being willing to pay the price.
