Denis Suarez is definitely coming back so that's one already.

Hopefully all our three signings above are players who can push for a place in the Starting XI and/or really be a quality option off the bench. Would really help the squad.

Well, 15m for a forward, we are looking at the bottom of the barrel. Same with 10m for a backup left back. 40m for a CB, but Masche and Pique will be the CB duo and rotations among CBs should be avoided as much as possible.

I expect us to pay to get rid of Douglas and Adriano.

This really doesnt look like much strengthening of the team. I think we would be better off buying only 2 players who are versatile.

That makes no sense though, since we will have no RB at all and there is ZERO backup for the LB position and ZERO backup for the CB position.

Don't tell me we will be buying one RB, one LB and two CB's.

Willing to let go doesn't mean we will let go all of them
We will accept the offers we get .probably won't get offers for all
For example ,if we get an offer for Bartra & Mathieu only one will leave

He put a lot of faith in youngsters .but many of them had pretty much let him down

How is 15-20 for a backup striker "bottom of the barrel"? Gameiro has, what, 27 goals this season? That's hardly bottom of the barrel, and he's the one we're most linked with. Nolito would also be in that range of money. There's plenty of options. We don't need a young forward who might be good in a few years (we already have Denis, Halil, Munir even for that), we need someone dependable now so we can rotate like last year with Pedro.

The majority of the money needs to be spent getting the next center back because of the ages of our players there, it's not hard to see that.

Sevilla is demanding 40m for Gameiro. Not 15m. Nolito? He is a left winger. I dont see the point in buying another left winger. I thought the whole point was to buy someone as Suarez backup? I think this is the same type of mentality we used when buying Arda and Vidal. We have to keep in mind that it is hard to teach an old dog new tricks, so we must expect a long adaptation period from any oldie we buy and they might never adapt. That they will fit in right away because they are old is not a given. For example, Sevilla plays very differently than us. Will Gameiro function well in Barca? He didnt in PSG. I think we are looking at someone 30+ if we are to get someone for 15m that is decent.

If we splash the cash big time on a CB, then wouldnt it make more sense that this big outlay is versatile so he can play more games?

We have this weird tendency to show interest in players who are pushing 30 who suddenly have a great season. When they are that old before they finally settle, why on earth do they think moving clubs again will make them adapt fast and do well?
