So we lose our starting RB and we will buy no one to fill that position? Is that how it works now? Because we have Aleix Vidal who has been more outside the team than inside, and a midfielder who's had a good couple of months at RB, when the main guy was rested or suspended.

Sounds solid business. Keep up the good work.

That's like losing Busquets and saying we trust Roberto at DM.

Roberto can play anywhere, but we might as well look at the other side of the coin and say that happens because he doesn't excel in one position.

I hope he's playing dumb only. I mean, he can't talk about target to the press, or it could get in the way of possible deals. We have to wait.

Im fine with Roberto as RB aslong as we get Pogba, a good centra ldefender, and a backup attacker like Nolito, or Vietto

This...

S.Roberto did well playing RB (his best position yet), and he will only improve playing more. Pogba is a rare gem and will be the best midfielder for many years, we need to slowly replace the old generation. If we are looking to have same dominance for many years to come then we need players like Neymar, Verratti, Pogba and Dybala.

Verratti plays for PSG and signing Dybala right now would be crazy on everyone's part. 80m+ for a player who will need to wait years to have a chance at making the starting XI while we have more pressing needs. Messi and Suarez aren't 32.

reading comprehensive not even once. I gave example of future top players, I even included our player Neymar, didn't say we have sign them all as it's impossible especially in case of Verratti, I only said we should sign Pogba.

Yes, but all those players were defensively strong, Sergi Roberto is not! I would not write him off but I would prefer if he would play his natural position.

Roberto is a great tackler, very smart player, composed, brave, has great energy and stamina, good pace, he is even one of the best ones we have in the air. He certainly has the skill set as a RB. "natural positions" is just the argument used by many against Masche for many years. Well, Masche is rubbish as DM for us and great at his "unnatural position". Players adapt. Iniesta and Xavi used to be DMs as well.

Not sure theirs any truth to this but I read a rumor we are close to signing Corinthians U-17 Striker Caio Emerson. (Likely for the B team). Some twitter account I follow called "Seleção Brasileira" which translates and posts Brazilian related news and rumors in regards to Football, tweeted it out.

only source I found was from Goal Brazil and it says the man making this operation happen is Ruben Gaggioli. If their's any truth to it, I hope this isn't another Robert Situation.

Busquets is irreplaceable. Alves has been extremely inconsistent on a fairly regular basis for quite a while and is terrible too often.

It surely seem that we are really interested in signing many prospects.I mean we are already linked with Lemeo, that Kuki kid from Malaga,Davinson & now Caio
Only thing I don't get is that how we are gonna sign someone outside of Europe and not 18 yet? are we gonna loan him back to Corinthians ?

The "Goal Brazil" report says he signed a Document with us to leave Corinthian's when he turns 18, and Corinthians would get about 300,000 euros for the transfer. They also state City and Chelsea have been trying hard to get him but he choose us over them.

What I also read he's considered a great prospect. Far better prospect than Robert is.

What if Sergi becomes the next Alves, he's only 23 yo ... and tbh there's no options in the market atleast this year
